Even if He did, I doubt it would ease your pain. I try to think that He took her to save her from something far worse than death. I don't know what could be worse for you, though - but maybe it was for her good. I also try to take comfort in that she did not suffer great extended agony as some do. I don't know if that helps you at all, but it helps me. I know my grief can't compare to yours. I wish I knew the words that would comfort you - if there are any such words at all.
